Bells & Birds - Kinclaven, Scotland
Armed with my Fujifilm G617, some Kodak Portra 400 film and a 3am alarm I was fortunate enough to visit the Kinclaven Bluebell woods in Perthshire during their peak. This was my second attempt visiting the woods in 2025, my first visit just a little early for peak colours.
Despite my normal attraction to grand vistas and mountains this image is currently one of my all time most cherished. Being alone in those woods, hearing the birds, seeing the flowers and watching the sun come up makes this a reminder of kind and peaceful times.
